Apartment Groundskeeper

About the Role

Kibo is hiring a Groundskeeper for our Crossville multifamily portfolio. You'll be the person who makes a strong first impression on residents and visitors by keeping our communities clean, safe and well cared for. If you like working outdoors, staying active and taking pride in your work, you'll fit right in with our team.

What You'll Do

Keep common areas clean and looking good across multiple properties, including driveways, parking lots, walkways, breezeways, pool areas and trash collection areas Handle daily upkeep like picking up litter, blowing debris, pressure washing, changing light bulbs and removing snow Help the maintenance team with service requests and light repairs Spot and report unsafe conditions or maintenance issues right away Look after tools, equipment and supplies so they stay in good working order Treat residents and coworkers with friendly, professional communication Use a phone or computer to check email and work in company software What We're Looking For 1+ year of groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial or related experience (preferred) Ability to use hand tools, power tools and maintenance equipment safely Good communication skills and basic computer skills Reliable, self-motivated and comfortable working on your own across several sites CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification is a plus Physical Requirements Work outdoors in all weather conditions Lift and carry up to 50 lbs Climb stairs and ladders Drive a golf cart Requirements Valid driver's license Must pass a background check, drug screen and motor vehicle record (MVR) check before starting Why Kibo?
