H Mart is seeking a hands-on, bilingual Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist with a strong focus on Field Training. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the growth and operational excellence of our front-line workforce. Your primary mission will be to deliver, facilitate, and implement practical training programs directly to H Mart store employees, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and operational efficiency.
Based out of our Corporate HQ, this position requires frequent travel to retail stores to provide high-impact, on-site training in both English, Spanish, and Korean.
