Job description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our international team and support customers across Poland, Latvia, and the Czech Republic. This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys working close to production environments, solving technical challenges, and ensuring high equipment performance directly at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
Install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial equipment at customer locations Diagnose technical issues and provide effective on-site solutions Deliver technical support and preventive maintenance activities Train and support customer operators and maintenance teams Collaborate closely with internal service, engineering, and sales teams Prepare service documentation and reports after interventions Support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience working in production or industrial environments such as food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, chemical, or related industries Previous experience as a machine operator, maintenance technician, service technician, production engineer, or similar technical role Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset with good communication skills Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region Ability to work independently and proactively in a field-based environment Communicative knowledge of English What We Offer: Opportunity to work with modern industrial technologies in an international environment Continuous learning, technical training, and professional development Independent and dynamic role with high level of autonomy Career growth opportunities within a global organization Supportive and collaborative team culture
