Field Supervisor ( Night time Janitorial)

Position Type: Full-Time (Night Shift).

Position Overview

Environment Control Service Group is seeking a dedicated and proactive Field Supervisor to provide critical on-site leadership for our nighttime commercial janitorial operations. In this role, you will oversee field crews across multiple client facilities, ensure top-tier quality control, resolve shift logistics, and drive consistent service excellence throughout evening and overnight shifts On-Site Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and guide nightly cleaning crews across assigned project sites to maintain performance and morale.

Quality Control & Inspections: Conduct routine nighttime site inspections to ensure all facilities meet company quality standards, safety guidelines, and client specifications. Operational & Shift Logistics: Manage daily night shift logistics, address unexpected call-outs, and resolve on-site operational challenges promptly.

Training & Hands-On Support: Provide hands-on training for new staff on cleaning techniques, chemical safety, and facility security procedures, stepping in to support field teams as necessary. Reporting & Communication: Document site progress, attendance, and quality metrics, maintaining clear communication with Account Managers and Division Managers.

Qualifications

& Requirements: Proven experience in commercial janitorial cleaning and multi-site supervisory or team lead roles. Demonstrated ability to work flexible nighttime/overnight schedules. Strong team leadership, motivational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
