Category & Product Strategy developing – Yeast Conduct Yeast market research and category insights to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.

Develop and execute brand positioning, product portfolio strategies, and pricing models play book aligned with B2B customer needs. Lead new product development (NPD) processes from concept to commercialization, collaborating with Baking center, Sales teams, Supply chain, Finance and Quality and Production. Craft compelling category narrative story and application solutions to enhance product value propositions.

Other tasks assigned by line managers. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Food Science; 5+ years of experience in FMCG/B2B marketing. Deep knowledge of bakery industry and raw materials, applications, and customer pain points. Proven success in product lifecycle management and omnichannel campaign execution.

Strong cross-cultural communication skills; Nice English and Mandarin required.
