Lab Technician

Resolute, the recruitment division of Brevitas, is seeking a Lab Technician. This position is based in Whitby, ON (onsite) . Our expertise is in Commissioning & Qualification, Validation, Quality Systems, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, and Project Management. The Role We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Lab Technician.

Responsibilities

Prepare bulk solutions and analytical kits for Scientists according to the kitting schedule, assist with laboratory duties, and perform basic analytical testing. Support dissolution testing and sample preparation. Perform routine testing, including particle size, tapped density, and flow index. Prepare raw data packages for clients.

Accurately document experimental data in accordance with ALCOA principles. Use eDMS, MS Word, and Excel. Maintain a safe working environment and report hazards. Work alternating or rotating shifts as required.

Qualifications

College Diploma in Laboratory Technology or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related science is an asset. Minimum 1 year of GMP laboratory experience is an asset. Experience with common laboratory equipment, such as balances and pipettes.
