Job description
The IT Lead, Systems and Integration is responsible for leading the design, implementation, integration, and ongoing support of TerraForm Power's operational technology (OT), SCADA, and related IT infrastructure across renewable energy assets. This role serves as the primary technical lead connecting enterprise IT, operations, cybersecurity, field teams, and external vendors to ensure secure, reliable, and standardized technology solutions that support field operations.
The position drives site integration, modernization initiatives, infrastructure improvements, and operational support while establishing internal technical capabilities that reduce reliance on third-party system integrators.
