Braber Equipment , a well-established Canadian owned manufacturer, distributor, and wholesaler of agricultural equipment and parts, is seeking a professional individual to join their team as an Order Desk Administrator .
Responsibilities
- Generate sales orders and provide confirmations to customers
- Send and receive customer EDI required documents using customer portal
- Evaluate inventory status to determine availability
- Book customer shipments through portals
- Generate and review order-based reports
- Invoicing
- Manage invoicing, review open orders, and coordinate shipment dates to ensure accuracy and timely order fulfillment
- General office administration duties, as needed
- Other duties, as required Qualifications Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to be assertive and respectful
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong typing skills and able to quickly learn new software
- Positive can-do attitude with a results-driven approach
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to remain focused in a busy environment
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities
- Ability to follow direction and an appreciation for established processes and procedures
- Creative and effective problem solving
- Demonstrated commitment to professional and personal development
- Effective team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
