Shift Maintenance Engineer

Shift Maintenance Engineer job available to work at a luxury apartment building based near Victoria, London. Permanent job offering up to £32k + benefits. 12hr day shifts 4 on 4 off shifts 8am-8pm JOB DUTIES Responsible for maintaining plant and equipment. Carrying out maintenance to mechanical equipment and systems. Plant room checks and record work on mechanical services.

Some general maintenance as repairs such as basic electrical and plumbing works. JOB REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will hold mechanical or plumbing qualifications. Preferably have experience working in a hotel environment. Be multi skilled and able to carry out general maintenance. Will be extremely well presented and have good interpersonal skills.
