Due to continued business growth, the company is seeking an experienced Store Manager that has excellent leadership and customer service skills, as well as, extensive knowledge of tyres and related services. The Position… In your role as Store Manager, you will be in charge of supervising the effective operation of the workshop, ensuring all staff are supported and able to meet KPI’s / sales and operation targets.

Specific responsibilities for this position include: Creating and maintaining strong customer / client / supplier relationships Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the tyre store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning Providing support to the tyre technicians and apprentices as required Managing and reporting on weekly and monthly KPI’s and targets to directors Using your knowledge and understanding of brands to promote products Carry out business development activities in order to achieve broader business goal Maintaining a clean and safe working environment for all staff and customers The Ideal Candidate… The ideal candidate must have the following: Proven experience in a tyre store, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role Proven track record in effectively managing a store and in developing new business opportunities Strong knowledge of tyres, including various types, sizes, brands, and performance characteristics Have the capability to provide a genuine service and leading by example to create lasting impressions Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure Knowledge of inventory management principles and experience in managing stock levels Familiarity with marketing strategies to drive business growth Valid, full Australian Driver’s License The Benefits… The company will offer the most suitable candidate a permanent full-time role within a positive and friendly team environment, along with a competitive salary of $90k - $100k, plus super (fully negotiable for the right candidate).
