Dental Treatment Coordinator | Covington, WA $25–$30/hour | Full-Time Covington Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join Dr. Northrup and our team. We’re a busy, people-focused family dental practice that takes pride in providing high-quality dentistry while making patients feel comfortable, known, and cared for.

We’re looking for someone who brings that same approach to the front office: friendly, organized, dependable, and confident helping patients navigate their care. What You’ll Do Welcome patients and create a great first impression Manage scheduling, phones, check-in, and check-out Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Review treatment plans, estimates, and financial expectations Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records Help keep the schedule productive and the day running smoothly Partner closely with Dr.
