Associate Director of Sales

Hawks Cay Resort is a premier luxury destination on Duck Key in the Florida Keys. We are seeking an Associate Director of Sales to partner with the Director of Sales in driving room night, revenue, and profitability goals while leading assigned market segments and coaching members of the sales team. This is a hands-on senior sales leadership role for a relationship-driven professional who can build pipeline, close business, and represent the resort with meeting planners, key accounts, and industry partners.
