This is a strategic medical affairs role with responsibility for shaping and implementing the local medical strategy, building trusted relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, and ensuring the scientific credibility of our brands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex science into meaningful medical value for healthcare professionals and consumers while ensuring the highest standards of compliance and ethics.
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities Lead the country medical strategy and execute medical endorsement plans aligned with business priorities. Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) , professional associations, and scientific experts. Provide strategic medical input to commercial, healthcare professional, and cross-functional teams.
Drive medical education initiatives and scientific exchange activities to enhance healthcare professional engagement. Lead scientific visibility activities through congresses, symposia, advisory boards, webinars, and other medical events. Generate and communicate scientific evidence , including clinical, observational, and real-world data, to support brand differentiation.
Ensure compliance and medical governance across all promotional and non-promotional activities.
About You
Key Requirements 3–5+ years' experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical, OTC, or consumer healthcare industry. Proven experience managing KOL engagement and scientific exchange programmes . Demonstrated experience delivering medical education, congress, and scientific communication activities . Strong understanding of evidence generation , including clinical studies and real-world evidence.
Experience working successfully within a highly regulated and compliance-driven environment . Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline . Fluent English communication skills with the ability to present complex scientific information clearly and effectively.
Nice to Have
Advanced scientific qualification such as MD, PharmD, or PhD . Consumer healthcare or OTC industry experience. Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders.
