Physical Therapy Assistant , Skilled Nursing Facility - per diem

To provide physical therapy services to patients by performing treatment programs as outlined by a Physical Therapist. The PT Assistant must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient.
