Field Services Representative
Job description
Under the direction of the Vice President, Regional Director, or Regional Manager, the Field Services Representative handles accounts like those assigned to a Property Manager with specific limitations concerning interim, move-in, and move-out surveys; communicates with the owner(s) both orally and in writing and acts as a liaison between the Property Manager and the owner(s).
Maintains communication with the Property Manager and Customer Experience department concerning on-site conditions and issues related to the management of the property and lease.
