Eligibility Specialist II (MAP)

PLUS DIFFERENTIAL PAY DEFINITION This is work involving the interviewing of customers to determine eligibility for applicant seeking cash, food stamp and ECAP assistance. An employee in this class receives supervision from a higher-level officer, who assigns various duties. The employee is allowed to work independently upon receipt of caseloads.

Work is reviewed for compliance in accordance with established rules, regulations and procedures.
