We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Outlet Manager. Areas of responsibility include Restaurants/Bars. Assists in the daily supervision of restaurant operations, assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards, and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods. Strives to continually improve guest and team member satisfaction.
Assist in supervising outlet staff and monitoring their performance. Conduct regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with the departmental SOP’s Evaluating the performance of the assigned team and initiate internal development and promotions Being actively involved in the outlet’s promotional activities.
Help in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling expenses. Ensure quality guest service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to create employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Assist in conducting regular audits to monitor sales performance and adherence to operational standards. Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste Experience: Previous experience in a large hotel with at least 500 keys in a luxury property required Pre-opening experience is an advantage Requirement: Proven work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or similar role Active listening and effective communication skills Flexibility to work in shifts Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment Not the right fit?
