Manufacturing & Supply Chain Professional (Mid-Senior Level)

Hire Resolve is assisting manufacturing and supply chain organisations in hiring experienced Manufacturing & Supply Chain Professionals to join their Singapore-based operations. These roles are designed for mid- to senior-level professionals with a strong background across manufacturing, production, supply chain, operations, engineering, logistics, or quality functions, and offer a clear pathway toward senior leadership roles.

Successful candidates will play a key role in optimising production and supply chain processes, improving operational efficiency, ensuring quality and workplace safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across end-to-end operations.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing and supporting manufacturing, production, and supply chain operations Managing production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and materials flow Optimising workflows, processes, and systems to improve efficiency, cost control, and service levels Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, quality, procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams Implementing and sustaining Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives Ensuring compliance with MOM regulations, WSH requirements, and ISO quality standards Monitoring KPIs related to production output, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, quality, and cost performance Supporting supplier performance management and supply chain risk mitigation Leading, mentoring, and supporting teams, supervisors, planners, and engineers Identifying operational risks and implementing corrective and preventive actions Contributing to strategic planning, capacity planning, and long-term operational improvements Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline 5–10+ years of experience within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or industrial operations Experience in one or more of the following areas: Manufacturing or Production Management Supply Chain Management or Planning Procurement or Strategic Sourcing Logistics, Warehousing, or Distribution Operations Manufacturing, Industrial, or Process Engineering Quality Engineering or Quality Management Strong understanding of Singapore-based manufacturing and supply chain operations Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies Experience using ERP, MRP, WMS, or MES systems Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, regulated environments Experience in highly regulated manufacturing sectors is advantageous Benefits Private Health Insurance Pension Plan Paid Time Off Training & Development
