What You Will Be Doing: This position helps staff the State of Alaska’s Juneau Data Center and perform 24x7 monitoring and customer service support. The successful candidate will be stationed in OIT's Juneau Data Center and will work in a sometimes noisy, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year operational environment, which includes swing and grave shift assignments, working on weekends and holidays, to ensure continuous coverage.
