Job Title: Part-Time Occupational Therapist Pay Range: $55-70/hour Job Description: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) | Rockford, IL | Part-Time | Up to $70/hour Ampersand Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year in Rockford, Illinois.

Job Highlights: Location: Rockford, IL Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) – School Setting Schedule: 15 hours per week Caseload: 12-15 students, K-12th grade 2026-2027 school year Responsibilities: Provide school-based OT services including assessments, treatment, and consultation Conduct evaluations and write reports Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families Maintain timely documentation and progress notes Qualifications: Must hold (or be eligible for) Illinois State OT license through IDFPR COTAs can be considered as well!
