Retention Bonus Opportunity GCS offers a $4,000 annual retention stipend for licensed educators hired into designated Career and Technical Education (CTE) Hard-to-Fill positions in the following areas: Information Technology (Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Computer/Network Engineering) Healthcare (Nursing Fundamentals) Aviation (Aerospace Technology) Eligibility Requirements: Candidates must meet all NCDPI licensure and certification requirements for instruction in these areas.
