As an Inpatient Therapist, you provide structured, evidence‑based care that restores hope —stepping in with adaptability wherever you’re needed most. How You Will Make a Difference Complete therapy assessments and treatment plans within regulatory timeframes. Facilitate daily groups (CBT/DBT/psychoeducation), family sessions, and discharge planning. Coordinate aftercare with community providers; remove barriers to continuity. Document progress notes that reflect measurable goals and outcomes. Float between units/shifts to cover needs; learn new routines quickly. Build rapport fast with patients and teams while maintaining consistency of care. What We’re Looking For Master’s degree with state licensure (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LMFT). 1+ year inpatient or acute behavioral health experience preferred.
