Intake & Transition Counselor

Position Overview

This position is responsible for providing intake and aftercare/follow-up services to girls that are enrolling and transitioning of the Pace Program.   Role and Responsibilities

Serves as first contact to families and girls who are considering the Pace program. Conducts preliminary needs assessment and works with intake team to determine the appropriateness of placement of girls into the Pace program. Compiles documentation for intake as required by policy. Participates in the intake interview to assess the needs of each girl and family, collaborates with the intake team.
