Job description
The Order Processing Specialist processes our customer base orders. The Order Processing Specialist is responsible for knowing all three steps of our order processing functions: Qualify, Entry, QC. The Order Processing Specialist performs these functions at a set rate of speed, accuracy and in an organized fashion, as well as working with our distribution partners and customer base when questions arise regarding their orders such as but not limited to price differences, inaccurate addresses, ship via, etc.
