Requirements

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: Valid Business License, LLC or Inc. Worker's Compensation Insurance. General Liability Insurance Federal EIN #. Verifiable references. 18 years of age minimum. Favorable background investigation results. You can NOT be a sole proprietor.
