CSR - Flexible Schedule - Remote

We’re looking for motivated, personable individuals to join our remote team in a combined customer service and sales role. In this position, you’ll connect with clients through scheduled virtual appointments, answer questions, explain available benefit options, assist with enrollment, and provide ongoing support. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating clearly, and working toward performance-based goals.

No previous industry experience is required. Training, mentorship, and licensing support are provided.
