About the Role

Skillcloud HCM Solutions is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Human Resources to lead our internal people function across every department. As the owner of Skillcloud’s own employee experience, this leader will build and scale the HR infrastructure of a fast-growing organization — establishing policies and standard operating procedures, optimizing our HRIS, coordinating internal recruiting, and designing onboarding, offboarding, career development, and organizational development programs.
