This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity with the potential to transition into a full-time Customer Service Representative role based on performance, attendance, and business needs.
The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact between external customers and ProAmpac for all order entry and order management activities. In this role, you will provide high-quality, professional customer support by collaborating with internal departments to proactively address customer needs and resolve inquiries efficiently.
