Project Manager

Realization Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Project Manager for its Implementation team. This is a senior, client-facing project turnaround role focused on diagnosing why large projects are delayed, redesigning how they are planned and executed, and driving client teams toward faster delivery. This role is suitable for candidates who have strong project ownership, experience managing complex project environments, the ability to influence senior stakeholders and the maturity to run reviews with leadership teams.

Role level: Best suited for candidates with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. Final designation and compensation will depend on interview performance, aptitude test results, previous CTC and overall fit. Planning governance and execution control 25% Design project plans, review systems and escalation mechanisms that keep large project teams focused on priority work. Top-management reviews 20% Lead discussions with CEOs, COOs, founders, business heads and senior project leaders on progress, risks and decisions. Stakeholder coaching and change management 15% Influence client teams, challenge conventional thinking and build acceptance for a new way of running projects.

Team leadership and client ownership 15% Own the client engagement rhythm, guide implementers and ensure the project turnaround approach is implemented properly. Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead project diagnosis for CAPEX, EPC, infrastructure, construction and manufacturing clients.
• Identify core reasons for project delay, poor productivity, weak planning, slow decisions and execution bottlenecks.
• Design simple and aggressive project plans, review mechanisms and execution control systems.
• Run structured project reviews with senior management including CEOs, COOs, founders and business heads.
• Challenge client teams on unrealistic assumptions, traditional planning habits and delayed decision-making.
• Coach project managers, planners, site heads, contractors and operations teams on better execution discipline.
• Guide implementation teams on client sites and ensure the new operating rhythm is being followed.
• Own client communication, progress updates, escalations and project improvement outcomes.
• Travel to client locations and work from project sites as required.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, project planning, project controls, operations management or management consulting.
• Strong hands-on exposure to EPC, infrastructure, construction, CAPEX, manufacturing or large industrial projects preferred.
• Should have personally handled project schedules, site execution, contractors, vendors, cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability is mandatory. Selection starts with an aptitude/problem-solving test.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication required.
• Should be confident enough to advise, challenge and influence senior client stakeholders professionally.
• BE / B.Tech from a reputed engineering institute preferred. MBA from Tier-I / Tier-II institute will be an added advantage.
• Experience with reputed engineering, infrastructure, EPC, manufacturing, consulting or Big Four-type organisations will be preferred.
• Comfortable with frequent travel, client-site work and high ownership.
• Prior knowledge of Theory of Constraints or Critical Chain is not required. Training will be provided after joining. CTC Breakdown The compensation structure is based on fixed CTC plus variable pay. Variable pay is calculated as 25% of the offered fixed CTC. For example, if fixed CTC is INR 16 LPA, variable pay will be INR 4 LPA, making the total CTC INR 20 LPA. • Full-time role in the Implementation team.
• Work location will be client project sites across India.
• Work mode is onsite at client location.
• Work timings will generally follow client site requirements and project needs.
• Weekly offs are available as per client/project schedule.
• Candidate can be based out of a well-connected metro, Tier-I or Tier-II city.
