🌟Female Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Brooklyn, NY 🌟**

📍 Location:** Brooklyn, NY (At-home setting) 🧒 Case:** 9-year-old male client 🗓️ Schedule:** Monday–Friday (after-school hours) 💰 Pay:** $25–$30/hour ⏰ Hours:** Flexible part-time availability

✨ What You’ll Do:

• 🧩 Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting
• 📊 Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
• 💬 Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• 📝 Collect accurate data and complete session notes using Rethink
• 🤝 Collaborate with BCBAs and the clinical team
• 🌈 Create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment

📚 Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain — we will support you in getting certified!)
• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
• Ability to work independently and maintain consistent attendance
• Comfortable with documentation and session notes
• 🌍 Bilingual English/Spanish is required
