Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in daily operations and leads the Member Experience Department to deliver exceptional service and achieve financial targets. They cultivate a high-performance team and ensure excellence in customer service, cleanliness, culture, and overall operations. In addition to frontline leadership, the AGM oversees key administrative functions including scheduling, payroll, recruitment, training, inventory, member outreach, and performance management.

As a brand ambassador, the AGM models the organization’s mission, vision, and values, setting the standard for an outstanding member and employee experience.
