Classroom 1:1 Assistant

Responsibilities

-Implement individualized learning plans tailored to students' unique strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles. -Utilize effective teaching strategies and instructional techniques to enhance students' comprehension and retention of material. -Maintain accurate records of students' academic performance, attendance, and behavioral observations.

Required Clearances: FBI Fingerprints PA Criminal background Child Abuse Clearance Copy of Official Transcript or Diploma Mandated Reporter Training CPR and First Aid certificate Qualifications: -High School Diploma -Previous experience working with students in a tutoring, teaching, or mentoring capacity preferred. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, families, and colleagues.
