As an Associate Designer in our Cambridge, OH office, you'll work alongside senior designers, engineers, and our drafting team to turn real customer requirements into real installations. You'll learn on the job, and your work will be reviewed and supported every step of the way. This is an entry-level role where you build skills in CAD, BOMs, tolerances, and engineering standards on legendary Cooper-Bessemer, Ajax, and Superior equipment.
