Job description
To work within the Residential Rehabilitation Services (RRS) to meet the American Society for Addiction Medicine (ASAM) definition for Level 3.1, which supports Members’ recovery from addiction and moderate mental health conditions while reintegrating into the community and returning to social, vocation/employment, and/or educational roles.
The Recovery Resource Coordinator will identify community-based resources for referral, provide orientation and aftercare service coordination, and psycho-education services to residents transitioning to community and their family members and to create and maintain an alumni group.
