Due to an internal promotion, Lodi Hometown Pharmacy is seeking a Part-Time Staff Pharmacist to join our team.
This position is responsible for dispensing prescription medications, conducting Drug Utilization Reviews (DUR), processing prescription transfers, communicating with prescribers, and maintaining accurate patient records. The Staff Pharmacist ensures safe, effective medication therapy while providing exceptional patient care and customer service.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and hold an active Wisconsin Pharmacist license in good standing. Strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are required.
