Job Description This is a continuous recruitment position and is part-time, non-benefited Pro House Manager oversees the safety and security of 600 patrons before, during, and after performances in the Modlin Center venues. The Pro House Manager supervises all front-of-house staffing and operations for Modlin Center events.
The Pro House Manager is the primary point of communication between various Modlin Center staff members at events. Required Qualifications: Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Crisis management skills Excellent organizational skills Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Preferred Qualifications: A retail or service background is helpful A bility to use a Motorola two-way communication device Ability to use email, shared drives, and electronic filing systems Ability to use a Macintosh computer and Microsoft Office Suite for Macintosh EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: High school diploma or educational equivalent Minimum two years of professional experience in house management Retail experience or experience working with the public WORK HOURS: This is a casual part-time position that works as needed.
Primarily evening and weekend hours, with the flexibility required depending on the production schedule, as needed SALARY STRUCTURE: Hourly rate range $18 - $20
