IT Hardware & Deployment Specialist

The IT Hardware & Deployment Specialist is responsible for the preparation, installation, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of computer hardware, peripheral devices, and related IT infrastructure across the organization. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise in hardware diagnostics, laptop and desktop component replacement, device configuration, network equipment troubleshooting, and the deployment of IT assets.

The specialist ensures that all equipment is properly configured, tested, documented, and deployed in accordance with organizational standards. This position also supports system reliability and operational continuity by minimizing downtime and delivering timely, efficient, and effective onsite technical solutions.
