What You’ll Do In this role, you will manage a variety of important administrative, insurance, and operational tasks: Obtain and verify patient demographics and required chart notes from referral systems, physician offices, and hospital partners Communicate effectively using phone, email, and other digital communication platforms Perform insurance verification and obtain prior authorizations as required Process daily point-of-sale transactions and complete accurate reconciliations Maintain accurate records and documentation across systems Monitor, maintain, and order inventory as needed to ensure appropriate supply levels Create, manage, and track purchase orders to support operational needs Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of patient-related requests Support additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned What We’re Looking For Required: High school diploma or GED Basic computer skills and ability to use standard office systems and applications Equivalent combination of education and experience considered Preferred: 1 year of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and training) Experience in healthcare, insurance verification, billing, pharmacy, or data processing Familiarity with medical terminology Strong attention to detail and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us A meaningful role supporting patients and healthcare providers every day A team-oriented environment where collaboration and support are part of the culture Opportunities to learn new systems, expand responsibilities, and grow your career in healthcare operations Exposure to multiple areas including customer service, insurance, inventory, and purchasing A workplace that values accuracy, teamwork, and continuous improvement A culture that is supportive, engaging, and focused on long-term employee growth
