Job Description This is a remote position as an English-Cantonese Medical Interpreter in a Blended.

The medical interpreter will be responsible for providing accurate consecutive interpretation services over the phone and via video between English and Cantonese in medical, social services, customer service, and financial settings. The role involves facilitating communication between healthcare providers and patients to ensure effective understanding and care.

Qualifications

Fluency in English and Cantonese Excellent communication and listening skills HIPAA compliance Requirements Native Cantonese and fluent English (spoken and written). What We Offer

3 weeks of paid training to get you certified and growing from day one. 100% Remote: Work entirely from home. Clear Growth Path: You will start as an Over-the-Phone Interpreter (OPI). Within a few months, based on performance, you can advance to a Video Remote Interpreter (VRI) role, which includes a rate increase. Consistent Schedules: Full-time (5 days on, 2 days off during US EST business hours).
