Are you ready to take the next step in your career? As a Team Leader for Thresholds' Mindstrong Program, you will lead a dynamic, multidisciplinary team, including therapists, a vocational specialist, a peer specialist, and a prescriber as they provide mental health services to young adults on the north side of Chicago.
This includes sharing direct service duties within the team and leading by example while working directly with clients, providing guidance, and growing the clinical skills of your team.
