Branch Office - Operations Support Specialist
Job description
Industry Best Service! The primary responsibility of the Operations Support Specialist (OSS) is to provide essential administrative and operational support to the service, construction, and installation teams. This role is responsible for coordinating field activities, processing work orders accurately and efficiently, and maintaining clear, professional communication with customers to ensure a high level of service.
In addition, the OSS will support inventory and parts management functions and assist with warehouse operations as needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the overall efficiency of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support service, construction, and installation activities. Process work orders accurately and in a timely manner. Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, project status, and service-related inquiries. Maintain operational records and documentation. Assist with parts ordering, receiving, inventory tracking, and organization.
Support warehouse operations, including stocking, shipping, receiving, and material handling as needed. Collaborate with field personnel and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
