【職務摘要】 本職位常駐於台灣，支援美國總部的 Net. Suite 系統開發、整合與維運。負責公司 Net. Suite 與整合第三方系統的功能強化、日常操作、客製化與維護，並處理內部 IT 技術支援需求。此職位也將參與其他企業應用程式（如 Office 365）與 Net. Suite 的整合作業。 【主要工作內容】 負責 Net. Suite 系統的日常管理與維護 根據需求開發與強化 Net. Suite 功能以優化業務流程 熟悉 Net. Suite API（REST API、Suite. Talk、RESTlet），負責系統間資料整合 開發與整合 Net. Suite 與其他第三方平台（如 CRM、電商、財務系統） 撰寫與部署 Suite.
Script（Client, User Event, Scheduled, Suitelets, RESTlets） 撰寫 Saved Searches、客製報表與儀表板 管理與更新 Net. Suite Custom Records、Forms、Fields、Roles 設計與維護自動化流程與外部 Web 表單 撰寫清晰的技術文件與流程圖 常有出差需求, 與和美國夜間concall 討論需求 【必要條件】 熟悉 JavaScript、HTML、CSS，具前端開發經驗 熟悉 j. Query、JSON、AJAX、XML 等前端資料傳輸技術 具備 Net. Suite development and operations for the U.S. subsidiary Job Summary This position is based in Taiwan and supports the U.S. team in developing, integrating, and maintaining the Net. Suite system. The role is responsible for customizing, enhancing, operating, and maintaining Net. Suite and its third-party integrations, as well as resolving IT support tickets.
The position will also contribute to integration efforts with other enterprise tools such as Office 365.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily administration and maintenance of Net. Suite Develop and enhance Net. Suite features to streamline business processes Work with Net. Suite APIs (REST API, Suite. Talk, RESTlet) to build system integrations Integrate Net. Suite with third-party platforms such as CRM, eCommerce, or accounting systems Develop and deploy Suite.
Script (Client, User Event, Scheduled, Suitelets, RESTlets) Build and maintain Saved Searches, custom reports, and dashboards Manage custom records, fields, forms, and user roles within Net.
