πŸš— Work With Children Where They Live & Learn Our RBTs have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including: πŸ₯ Clinic 🏠 Client homes 🏫 Daycare & school settings 🌳 Community environments PSL provides $0.50 per mile mileage reimbursement for travel to client residences. If you enjoy variety and building relationships with children and families in their everyday environments, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact outside of the clinic.

What You'll Do

As an RBT, you'll provide individualized ABA services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities under the supervision of a BCBA.

Your responsibilities

Providing one-on-one ABA therapy Implementing individualized treatment plans Collecting accurate session data Completing clinical documentation Teaching communication and social skills Supporting positive behavioral development Teaching independence and daily living skills Collaborating with BCBAs, SLPs, caregivers, and other professionals Participating in training, supervision, and team meetings Building positive relationships with children and their families Every session is an opportunity to help a child learn something new.

What We're Looking For

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Current automobile insurance Ability to travel to client homes, daycare locations, schools, and community settings Strong communication and organizational skills Dependability and professionalism A genuine passion for working with children Experience With Children Is a Plus!
