About the Role

Our client is looking for a Swedish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join their growing i. Gaming team in Malta. You'll become an expert in sportsbook and online casino products while supporting customers via phone, chat, and email. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of customer cases from start to finish while working closely with teams across Payments, Fraud, and Compliance.

Working Hours Shift-based schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Hybrid working model Up to 40 days per year working fully remotely Your Daily Tasks Will Include: Supporting customers via phone, live chat, and email Resolving customer enquiries from start to finish Processing withdrawals and handling KYC documentation Performing daily security checks on customer accounts Identifying trends and suggesting process improvements Working closely with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance teams Contributing to team KPIs while delivering an outstanding customer experience Requirements What You Need: Excellent communication skills in Swedish and good English, both spoken and written At least 1 year of customer support experience in a call centre environment Good computer skills and confidence working across multiple systems A structured and analytical mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work shifts Interest in sports betting and online casino is an advantage A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn To be eligible for this role, you must already hold an EU passport or have the legal right to work in Malta.
