Job description
VCA South Hadley Animal Hospital in South Hadley, MA is seeking a Full-Time Veterinary Associate to join our small animal/companion animal practice. We understand the importance of work/life balance, and this role does not include on-call hours. New graduates are welcome to apply. Our caseload is primarily cats and dogs, though we also regularly see rabbits and pocket pets.
Comfort or interest in exotic small animal medicine is a plus — it's been a longstanding strength of this hospital, and doctors here have built a reputation locally for handling the occasional bird or reptile alongside their standard companion animal caseload. Hospital Hours: Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, Saturday 8am–4pm, closed Sundays.

The area is known for strong schools and historic centers, with more culture, activities, and cuisine a short drive away through the Pioneer Valley, and up toward Brattleboro, VT and southwestern New Hampshire.
Total Rewards As a member of the VCA family, eligible full-time employees will be rewarded with a comprehensive package, including: Compensation Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. Salary Range: $135,000 - 150,000. Salary range listed is based on a 40 hour work week.
