Job description
Under the direction of the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Manager will maintain the Plant’s equipment, ensuring it is safe, reliable, productive, and cost efficient. Responsible for handling OSHA, EPA, and DOT inspections no less than once per year and ensuring the plant is compliant with all regulations. The Maintenance Manager directly supervises a maintenance crew of between 3 and 12 teammates and indirectly supervises over 50+Plant teammates.
