Job description
District Managers oversee 8-10 stores with average unit sales of well over $1 million each. This is a field-based position reporting to the Director of Operations. They will be responsible for the overall operation of their district and will be responsible for the sales and profitability of their restaurants. They will be responsible for creating a strong culture at each restaurant connecting strong high performing teams and accountability which leads to operational excellence.
