Virtual School Based Counselor

LETS Therapy is seeking qualified counselors to provide virtual individual counseling for Pennsylvania students in grades 2 through 12. We have a large number of open referrals, ranging from brief monthly support to weekly or twice weekly sessions. Providers may select a small supplemental caseload or combine cases for more consistent hours. Build Work Around Your Life Already working full time or balancing another position? That is not a problem. Virtual sessions may be scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., based on each student’s availability. You can take one case, several cases, or build a larger caseload. We will work with you to find a schedule that is realistic and sustainable. What You Will Do

Provide individual virtual counseling in accordance with each student’s IEP. Support students with social, emotional, behavioral, and school related needs. Collaborate with families, educators, related service providers, and IEP teams. Monitor student progress and communicate concerns that may affect services. Complete service notes and progress documentation accurately and on time.

What You Will Need

Appropriate Pennsylvania school counseling certification or professional license accepted for the assignment. Current Pennsylvania Child Abuse, Criminal Background, and FBI clearances. Experience providing counseling to school aged children and adolescents. Ability to engage students through virtual sessions and maintain dependable communication.

Compensation

and Engagement Up to $66 per hour, based on qualifications and assignment. Independent contractor opportunity with compensation processed monthly.
