Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, vehicles, and equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on diesel equipment
• Repair or replace faulty parts, components, or systems
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Welding experience is not mandatory but helpful
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pump systems is helpful
• Knowledge on working on asphalt equipment( sealcoat, striping, crack seal, paving) a plus
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Use our systems to create and close work orders, maintain DVIRs, credit card/purchasing receipts
