Job description
- Manage projects to do system thermal design(liquid and air solution) for AI Server.
- Advanced product thermal research and simulation.
- Conduct research for feasibility study, thermal simulation for design analysis, actual thermal measurement for design checking and control logic design for complete system integration.
- Apply mechanical drawing skills, well cross- functional communication slkills and relative thermal knowledge background to choose proper thermal solutions and ensure its mass production quality.
要求 / Requirements:
- Professional level of FloTHERM simulation or relative tools.
- Professional level of measurement skill.
- Eight years or above of Server thermal experiences is a plus.
- With good English competency in 4 skills, TOEIC 600+ is a must.
- Innovative and proactive for any new challenge.
